The location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had a big window with a superb view. the staff were helpful when i had questions. the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well each night.

excellent location and comfy room
great location friendly staff comfy bed easy check-in
I enjoyed the location. it was great to walk to places like the art gallery and museum. the room had a nice view over the park. the staff was always helpful and friendly. the room was large with a bath. i found the bed comfy and the room clean. check-in and check-out were easy. we loved that the kids found the lolly bar in reception during check-in. It was a great distraction. the staff were friendly.
the lifts were not working well, this made moving from floor to floor slow, it was a real pain.

the room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and other belongings. it was a beautiful king room park view. the bed was comfortable and had fresh linens. the bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries.

breakfast offered an excellent selection of foods, like fresh fruit and hot dishes. i appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast. the coffee was strong and flavorful, just the way i like it!

the location was near the train station and the park, very convenient. it made exploring very easy. there were also multiple bus lines nearby. this made getting around easy!

dirty facilities persistent buzzing
the gym and pool area were dirty. i noticed buzzing from the ac unit on the 22nd floor. this buzzing persisted throughout my stay and annoyed me. the noise made it difficult to relax in the room.

excellent location friendly staff good breakfast
The room felt spacious. The pool was very good. The location allowed easy access to the city. East city views from the high floor seemed better at night. The hotel is excellent. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was also excellent. I look forward to a return visit.
The elevators were difficult to get on.
