I enjoyed the location. it was great to walk to places like the art gallery and museum. the room had a nice view over the park. the staff was always helpful and friendly. the room was large with a bath. i found the bed comfy and the room clean. check-in and check-out were easy. we loved that the kids found the lolly bar in reception during check-in. It was a great distraction. the staff were friendly.

the gym and pool area were dirty. i noticed buzzing from the ac unit on the 22nd floor. this buzzing persisted throughout my stay and annoyed me. the noise made it difficult to relax in the room.

The room felt spacious. The pool was very good. The location allowed easy access to the city. East city views from the high floor seemed better at night. The hotel is excellent. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was also excellent. I look forward to a return visit.
